We had an amazing time at the water park and loved the beach parties. The entertainment team was absolutely incredible, keeping everyone engaged. The snorkeling experience was breathtaking, with vibrant underwater life. Plus, the unique dining options like Brazilian cuisine were a delight!

I had a fantastic time at Rixos Premium Seagate. The junior suite was spacious and well-maintained. Each meal felt special, especially at the a la carte restaurants, which offered exquisite dishes. The aqua park provided endless fun for my family, especially the lazy river, and the snorkeling experience was memorable with vibrant coral reefs. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always checking in on us and making sure we were happy. I appreciated the kids' club—Sarah and Ali were amazing with my children. However, getting reservations for a la carte dining was difficult. It required advanced planning, and we missed out on dining in some restaurants due to this. While most areas were clean, I noticed some sharp edges around the pool that could be dangerous, especially for kids. Additionally, some newer staff members seemed a bit unsure at times, indicating a need for better training. These minor issues aside, the luxury and service made our stay highly enjoyable.
